Post-construction and deep cleaning services
Disinfection and sanitization services

2. Service Agreement

By engaging our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate information for service delivery
Allow access to the premises for cleaning purposes
Make timely payments according to the agreed schedule
Provide feedback to help us improve our services

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
Late payments may incur additional charges
We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment
Refunds are provided in accordance with our satisfaction guarantee

4. Service Standards

We commit to:

Professional and efficient service delivery
Use of certified cleaning professionals
Compliance with all relevant regulations
Maintenance of insurance and bonding

5. Liability

LowFare Commercial Maintenance is insured and bonded. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided in any given billing period. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Cancellation Policy

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. For one-time services, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.
